Introducing the new Yamaha DTX 530 Drum Kit

The Yamaha DTX 530 extends the award winning Yamaha range of electronic drum kits. Based on the existing DTX500 sound module, the DTX 530 has much to offer in terms of performance features. However, it is the trigger pads themselves that set this model apart in the ‘500’series.
Realistic stand-mounted hi-hat trigger

The biggest difference between the Yamaha DTX 530 and the DTX 520 is the hi-hat trigger included. The DTX 530 includes a dual-zone trigger, which is mounted on a conventional hi-hat stand (included). Aside for the more realistic ‘feel’ that this offers the drummer, the dual zones provide edge and bow sounds, whilst offering other realistic features, such as the ability to play foot splashes.
